Writec developed online documentation for Tricentis Testim, covering the Testim SaaS product alongside Testim for Mobile and Testim for Salesforce. The documentation brings these related products into a comprehensive resource for users working with different testing environments.
This project required more than descriptions of individual features. A documentation site needs to help readers find the information relevant to their product and understand how to use it. Our technical writing presents the product’s capabilities in the context of user guidance, while giving each related product its own coverage.
